Regency Centers, (Atlanta Regional Office)
– Bruno & Associates Realty, Inc. currently represents them as their exclusive broker for the marketing and leasing of their shopping center properties that they own in the Birmingham, Alabama area along with the marketing and sale of their remaining retail outparcel properties.  Currently we lease “Valleydale Village Shopping Center”, a Publix Supermarket anchored shopping center (118,465 square feet total) in Hoover, Alabama

 

Over the last five (5) years prior to their sale of these centers we have handled the leasing for them of the following  Publix anchored shopping centers:  Trace Crossings Shopping Center (74,130 total square feet) in Hoover, Al.; Southgate Village Shopping Center (75,092 total square feet) in Pelham, Al. along with that of Valleydale Village Shopping Center.  

  

Crow Mills LLC. – Owner of Crow’s Corner Shopping Center in Helena, Alabama.  Bruno & Associates Realty, Inc. has leased and managed this Publix Supermarket anchored Shopping Center (55,440 square feet total) since it’s opening in June 2004.  We have also brokered the addition of a new Taco Bell Restaurant to another piece of property owned by them in the Helena, Alabama area.

 

 Headstart Family Hair Salons, Inc., (the former largest privately owned family hair salon operator in the state of Alabama with 74 stores) – Prior to selling the company to Regis Corporation (the largest hair salon operator in the world with over 10,000 stores) in 2005, Bruno & Associates Realty, Inc., acted as their Exclusive Tenant Broker for acquiring new and replacement store locations.

 

Tacala LLC, based in Birmingham, Al. is the largest Taco Bell restaurant owner and developer in the country.  They presently operate stores in eight (8) states throughout the Southeastern and Midwest regions.  Bruno & Associates Realty, Inc. is currently marketing for sale one of their former store properties and has in the past sold another one in the Birmingham Trade Area. We have also been involved from the property owner representation side in the development of two (2) of their newer store locations in Helena and Hoover, Alabama. 

 

Buck, Ltd., developer / owner of “Hayesbury Business Park” – a mixed use retail, office and office / flex Business Park with a total of twenty (20) lots.  Bruno & Associates Realty, Inc., currently represents them in the marketing and sale of the remaining eleven (11) lots along with a 1.63 Acre retail parcel across the street next to a Dollar General.

 

AIG Baker Lee Branch, LLC.,, developer of Lee Branch Corporate Center, an office park development – Bruno & Associates Realty, Inc represented the owner / developer in the marketing and sale of their office site parcels for approximately six (6) years.

 

CSG Construction Company, Inc., developer of Meadowbrook Professional & Medical Centre, an office park development -  Bruno & Associates Realty, Inc., represented the owner / developer in the marketing and sale of their office site parcels, along with the sale of the developers Corporate Office Building which was also located in the Park.  Was instrumental in the sale of six (6) of the ten (10) lots available.

 

RDJ Group (Baca Raton, Florida), owner of a chain of national funeral homes and cemetery operations – Bruno & Associates Realty, Inc. represented them in the marketing and sale of 18 acres of surplus property located adjacent to their Hoover, Alabama operation.
